120 ill Spanish children will get the chance to enjoy a magical week of vacations this summer at an Irish camp founded by Paul Newman 100% free of charge. The Fundación Aladina takes care of all the expenses so that our little fighters only have one thing on their minds- having a great time!
The first groups of campers have already returned from their week in Barretstown, where they enjoyed all sorts of activites, like indoor rock climbing, archery, canoeing, fishing, and horseback riding. They had a fantastic time!
The boys and girls who visit Barretstown are at differentes stages of their illnesses, but they are all under constant medical supervision so that the only thing they have to worry about is having fun. We’re not exaggerating when we can see there truly is a before and after for all of them who attend the camp.
