Reasons why you might be getting an error message when you send the SMS to 28014

As you know, we have enabled an SMS feature through which you can help and collaborate in the construction of the new ICU-Aladina. Just send the word ACHUCHON to 28014.

Some of our friends have told us that they are getting an error message and are unable to send the SMS. Below we have some of the possible reasons for the SMS not working.

• The user has asked the phone company to opt-out of this service: in this case you must call your carrier and request SMS service again
• The user switched from another company recently (aprox. <6 months ago) and the company deactivated SMS to avoid possible overdrawn accounts
• The user is on a company phone or a phone line with extensions: the SMS can be sent by adding a zero to the front of the number, for example to 028014. This way the terminal knows it is being sent to an external number
• The user has a company that doesn´t support SMS and therefore is not participating in the campaign, such as Pepephone, Jazztel or ONO
