Our Director of Hospitals, Lorena Díez, just signed a collaboration agreement with la Asociación de Labores (the Work Association), which holds workshops for parents of oncological children in Hospital Quirón and in Hospital 12 de Octubre de Madrid.
In addition, volunteers of the association have created wool keychains to sell in order to fundraise for balls of wool to knit hats for cancer patients.
The Solidarity Work Association of the IAIA is a non-profit entity who regularly visits residencies, day centers and homes, and that coordinates volunteer programs directed mainly toward groups of elderly people.
