Construction of a state-of-the-art Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. With a cost of €1,500,000, the new Aladina ICU is one of the best pediatric ICUs in the country, caring for around 800 seriously ill children each year.
Construction of the Maktub Center, a pioneering unit in the field of bone marrow transplants. The renovation of this center, at a cost of €600,000, was made possible thanks to the money raised by “Maktub”, the first film written, directed and produced by our president and founder, Paco Arango.
Construction and refurbishment of the “Teen Lounge”, a recreation room for hospitalized teens with cancer, where all kinds of activities take place every afternoon.
Enclosure of a 70 m2 terrace area in the Pediatric Onco-Hematology wing.
Installation and maintenance of the Wi-Fi network in the Onco-Hematology Unit and the ICU.
