We have just inaugurated the<strong> first paediatric autocovid<\/strong> in Spain at the <strong>Hospital Universitario Central de Asturias (HUCA)<\/strong> in Oviedo, a pioneering facility in our country where specialised healthcare staff will be able to perform up to <strong>130 PCR tests daily<\/strong> on children. <\/p>&#13;\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Financiamos el primer Autocovid pedi\u00e1trico de Espa\u00f1a en el HUCA de Oviedo.\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/sv-4cOQWnZE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n&#13;\n<p>This new collaboration with the <strong>HUCA <\/strong>in Oviedo, where we are already working on transforming the paediatric areas with the <a href=\"https:\/\/aladina.org\/crowfunding\/territorio-de-juego-hospital-universitario-central-de-asturias\/\">\u2018Territorio de Juego\u2019 project<\/a>, will allow the early detection of coronavirus in children, in an agile and specialised way, providing children with a <strong>friendlier environment<\/strong> for the stress involved in undergoing these tests, not only for the child but also for their families.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>We have carried out this beautiful project in Oviedo, <strong>at a total cost of \u20ac25,000, within the framework of the 15th anniversary of the birth of Aladina and given the health emergency imposed by the COVID19.<\/strong> <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>A very cool autocovid, decorated with all the magic of Aladina, where the nursing staff will treat each child with the attention and care they need.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><strong>We are happy!
