The next 25th of January will take place the first appointment of the \u2018Yoga oncology for children, adolescents and their families\u2019 of the hand of the professionals Alejandra Salda\u00f1a of zoy.yoga<\/a> and Paula Estrada of paula.saladeyoga. I<\/a>n addition, this day has the support of the International Network of yoga oncology.<\/p> \n \n

This type of class brings various benefits such as strengthening the skeletal and cardiovascular system, reducing stress and depression, creating and promoting a support network or contributing to the management of emotions, among many others.<\/p> \n \n

Yoga oncology<\/strong><\/p> \n \n

Oncological Yoga is related to the disease, which is why it is extremely important to know how it works, its treatments and consequences, protocols, etc., in order to understand the stages and casuistry involved in an oncological process.<\/p> \n \n

But, above all, Yoga Oncology relates to the person and their particular way of coping with the disease, paying attention to their physical and emotional needs, from a profound human sense.<\/p> \n \n
