This document establishes the Terms and Conditions of use (hereinafter, the “Terms”) that regulate access to and use of the website www.aladina.org (hereinafter, the “Website”), owned by Fundación Aladina (hereinafter, the “Foundation”).

2. Acceptance of the terms
Access to and use of the Website implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy published on the Website. If the user does not agree with any of these Terms, they must refrain from using the Website.
The Foundation reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The modifications will enter into force from the moment they are published on the Website. It is the user’s responsibility to periodically review these Terms.

3. Purpose of the website
The main purpose of the Website is to provide information about the activities, programs and projects of Fundación Aladina, dedicated to comprehensive support for children and adolescents with cancer and their families, as well as to facilitate collaboration by individuals and entities interested in contributing to said mission.
Through the Website, users may, among other functions:
Learn about the mission, vision and activities of the Foundation.
Make donations and collaborate financially.
Access information about events, campaigns and volunteering.
Purchase products in the solidarity shop (if applicable).
Contact the Foundation and subscribe to communications.

4. Conditions of use
The user undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the law, these Terms, morality and generally accepted good customs, and public order. In particular, the user is obliged to:
Not use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent purposes or purposes contrary to what is established in these Terms.
Not introduce or disseminate computer viruses or any other system that may cause damage to the Foundation’s systems or those of third parties.
Not attempt to access, use or manipulate the data of the Foundation, third-party providers or other users.
Not reproduce, copy, distribute or make available to third parties the contents of the Website without the express authorization of the Foundation.
Not remove, evade or manipulate the intellectual and industrial property rights of the Foundation.

5. Intellectual and industrial property
All contents of the Website, including by way of example but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, logos, trademarks, trade names, design, software and other elements, are the property of Fundación Aladina or its legitimate owners and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property laws.
The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation of the contents of the Website, in whole or in part, without the prior, express and written authorization of the Foundation, is expressly prohibited.

6. Donations
Donations made through the Website will be carried out through the payment methods enabled at any given time. The user undertakes to provide truthful and accurate data for the correct processing of the donation.
The Foundation will issue the corresponding donation certificate for tax purposes, in accordance with current regulations (Law 49/2002, of December 23, on the tax regime of non-profit entities and tax incentives for patronage, and related regulations).
Donations made are irrevocable, except in the cases contemplated by applicable legislation. The Foundation reserves the right to reject any donation that it considers contrary to its principles or to current legality.

7. Protection of personal data
The processing of users’ personal data will be governed by the provisions of the Website’s Privacy Policy, which the user may consult at any time, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
