Psycho-oncological Therapy

Personalized and free therapeutic care is essential. That’s why at Aladina we have an amazing team of psycho-oncologists who provide daily care to patients at Niño Jesús Hospital and Gregorio Marañón Hospital (Madrid), Cruces Hospital (Vizcaya), the University Hospital of Santiago de Compostela, Reina Sofía Hospital (Córdoba), and Vall d’Hebron Hospital (Barcelona).
In addition, we have an outpatient clinic where we conduct sibling therapies, family therapies, and more.
We know it is essential to support our children and teenagers, guide and care for their families, offer them support and understanding, and provide them with the necessary tools to learn how to manage their new situation.

Support for children with cancer and their families

The role of psycho-oncologists was created with the goal of providing support throughout the entire journey of childhood cancer, focusing on emotional and mental well-being, and helping children and their families face the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
