Play Territory

With our first project in Asturias, "Territorio de Juego" (Play Territory), we filled all the children's areas at HUCA with color and joy.

Inaugurated by our president Paco Arango and the Minister of Health of the Principality of Asturias, Concepción Saavedra, "Territorio de Juego" (Play Territory) transforms the pediatric spaces at HUCA. This project, with a cost of €16,195, was fully funded by Aladina. By humanizing these areas, we aimed to bring the hospital's pediatric spaces into the children's territory, evoking their most powerful tools: imagination and play.

The project, started in 2019—interrupted for a year due to the COVID pandemic—transformed the following pediatric areas:

Pediatric hospitalization units
Waiting rooms and public consultation spaces
Pediatric radiology
Pediatric emergency room
Pediatric ICU
Day hospital
Neonatology and neonatal ICU
Open circulation spaces for pediatric patients
5 doors of the Pediatric ICU cubicles

Humanization of the Pediatric Area of the Hospital Universitario de Toledo Phase I
