A Better Reality

The first phase of this project has been inaugurated! To make this unit a reality, we've partnered with Fundación Small and Fundación A. Bosch.

Aladina, together with Fundación Small and Fundació A.Bosch, completely renovated the Hospitalization and Pediatric Hematooncology area at Vall d'Hebron with a €7.4M investment. The 2,646 m² renovation covers the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit with 9 individual rooms, 7 children's rooms, 13 adolescent rooms, a gym, family room, teen room, classroom, offices, and a spectacular terrace that floods the entire area with natural light. A transformative step forward for the 200+ children hospitalized and 45 transplants performed here each year, and for the healthcare teams that care for them.
