
On June 29 and 30, several culinary events will take place with the aim of exposing Basque culture through gastronomy and 50% of the profits will be donated to the Aladina Foundation.
Those in charge of hosting this event will be Perretxico Boadilla and Perretxico Cuzco, who will have the founding chef of Perretxico, Josean Merino, and a Pintxo champion from Euskadi. In addition, a pintxos masterclass will take place for amateurs and professionals, followed by a pintxos bar service with D.J. and a dinner with a special pintxos menu created by the guest chefs and Josean.
