#RoutinesThatGiveLife at the Mar Menor Games

#RutinasQueDanVida en los Mar Menor Games

Last weekend, Aladina accompanied 9 exceptional Aladinos and sports lovers who, together with our Doctor in Physical Exercise Elena Santana, prepared to give their all in the Sport4Cancer de Mar Menor Games.

This is the largest international sporting event with the aim of promoting and raising awareness of the practice of sport among the general public, especially among people with cancer and cancer survivors.

Our Aladinos have participated in various disciplines such as laser tag, billiards and beach sports. A weekend where they have seen firsthand that there are #RoutinesThatGiveLife and the importance of sport both to improve physical, emotional and social state.

For this same reason, at the Aladina Foundation we have our Physical Exercise Programme available in several hospitals in Spain as well as online. The personalised and supervised practice of sport is very beneficial for cancer patients, as it improves their mood, minimises the side effects of treatments and helps to eliminate the toxicity caused by them.
