Asier Zuazo Iturbe and José González Fernández, authors of the book “Practice Health-Talk Communication. Communication Strategies for Health Professionals” will donate 100% of the profits from its sale to Fundación Aladina.
The work, which has a foreword by Eduardo García Longarica, is aimed at all healthcare workers who tirelessly strive to care and addresses a wide range of content: from the relationship with patients in normalized situations, to the management of bad news or the conflict management.
Improving communication skills helps health professionals to be more approachable, effective, credible, persuasive, influential and most importantly, helps them connect.
The book has research, guides and examples to facilitate care support.
