In our online cooking courses you can learn how to prepare sushi rice with Mario Payán, how to clean hake with Mario Sanchez Ariza or master the secrets of Batch Cooking with Paola Freire.
By signing up for our online cooking classes you will not only be able to learn with the best chefs, but you will also be helping to fund our Research Project on nutrition in children with cancer and healthy living. The EPICKids Project studies the impact of Mediterranean nutrition on children and adolescents with cancer in Southern Europe.
This new line of work of the Aladina Foundation is supported by Columbia University and the International Agency for Research on Cancer and is financed entirely by us through the Aladina Cooking School and donations from our collaborators.
