This weekend, December 2 and 3, we celebrate the Aladina Xmas Weekend, our traditional Charity Market that is now in its fourteenth edition. Organized at the NH Collection Eurobuilding Hotel in Madrid, it was two days of fun and solidarity shopping in this magnificent space where things never stopped happening.
On Saturday morning the Mayor of Madrid José Luis Martínez Almeida, together with our president Paco Arango, inaugurated the event. Next we lit our traditional Christmas tree led by Paco Arango, our president, accompanied by Carmen Maura, Olivia Molina, Carlota Corredera, Fernando Romay and María García de Jaime, along with Telma, Laro and Chrischelle, three of our aladdins. that we care for so lovingly.
In addition, we had the visit of the Minister of Education and Government Spokesperson, Pilar Alegría, and great friends and well-known faces such as Susanna Griso, Roberto Brasero and Mago Moore.
A weekend of leisure for the whole family with a charitable purpose: helping children and adolescents with cancer through the comprehensive support programs of the Aladina Foundation.
The Aladina Xmas Weekend featured:
- Sales stalls: More than 40 stalls selling exclusive products, accessories, fashion, deco, gourmet…
- Aladina Bazaar: The best products and at the best price, donated by supportive companies to continue caring for children with cancer and their families.
- Cooking workshops: The most supportive chefs who revealed their best secrets. We have Dehesa el Milagro, Masseda Catering, Nunuka, Miss Sushi and Foodtropia.
- Wine tastings: Not to be missed for wine lovers, who discovered new wines with which to be surprised and surprised. Wineries as important as Bodegas Muga, D.O. Rueda, Maktub Wines, Valdesil and Viña Española.
- Children’s area: We have a children’s area animated by great professionals thanks to Mundo Alopeke where the little ones of the house were left in good hands while the adults did their shopping.
- Bar and gourmet area: An area to rest while listening to live music. Thanks to great suppliers who have helped us, the drinks also helped us give smiles to those who need it most.
- Musical performances: The best solidarity performances that encouraged attendees throughout the weekend.
